You must begin publishing your Abandonment FBN within 45 days of the date filed with the Riverside County Clerk. Please ensure the date filed (located in the upper-right corner on your Abandonment FBN document) is after Monday, February 24, 2025

After publishing for four weeks an affidavit will be mailed to the county clerk for certification. You may not receive your copy for more than two months, but don’t worry you can start your business and get a bank account right away.
