All topped off with it being Spring, the time of year that heralds more outdoor activities and warm weather. On Saturday, Apr. 6, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. it’s all happening at 135 East Florida Avenue in Hemet for the annual ‘Spring Phling’ Block Party.
