Nicholas Males, U.S. Marine Corp veteran and father of two, was murdered June 19, 2016.[/caption] ■ Mary Ann Morris / Editor Hemet Police Investigators have requested the public’s assistance in trying to solve the murder of Nicholas Males, 29. The homicide occurred about nine months ago on Sunday, June 19, 2016, outside Elite Bar & Lounge in the 100 block of N. Harvard Avenue. Males, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and father of two, was found stabbed and succumbed to his injuries after a fight broke out in the parking lot at about 2:20 a.m. last Father’s Day. Hemet Police Investigators are seeking the public’s assistance in gathering further information regarding this case. Please contact Investigator Doug Klinzing at (951) 765-2400 with any information.
